The spontaneious, colourful and bombastic festival showcasing street performers from around the world has moved to the downtown core in Toronto, taking over Yonge Street from Queen Street to Gerrard for four spectacular days and nights in August. Scott Thorson’s memoir about his life with Liberace hits the big screen with Michael Douglas as the larger than life pianist and singer and Matt Damon as his much younger lover, Thorson. Directed by Steven Soderbergh, the film also features Rob Lowe, Dan Aykroyd, Cheyenne Jackson and Debbie Reynolds. Hits theatres May 26.
