get surfing and dancing this summer
Get up, stand up
Spend some time out on the open water this summer. Stand up paddle boarding is a great way to get a new perspective on the waterways you’ve long admired. It’s not only a fun activity, it’s a great workout too. Check with your local board shop for someone offering lessons or social surfs.
These Boots are Made for Dancing
Head down to the Royal Alexandra Theatre for a Canadian production of the popular Boradway musical Kinky Boots, featuring music and lyrics by Cyndi Lauper and a book by Tony-winner Harvey Fierstein. Based on a true story, Kinky Boots follows Charlie Price who inherits a shoe factory from his father and forms an unlikely partnership with cabaret performer and drag queen Lola to save the business. Visit www.mirvish.com/kinkyboots for ticket and show information.
