Montréal Pride Festival, Montreal, QC
The 2016 Montréal LGBTA Parade is scheduled for Sunday August 14, 2016, beginning at 13:00. The parade will start on the corner of saint-Mathieu Street and travel east on René-Lévesque Boulevard, culminating on Sanguinet Street and the Village. It will feature floats from hundreds of local sports teams, cultural and community groups as well as other gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender organizations. The parade will also feature both gay and gay-friendly businesses that join us in celebrating the significant contributions of their LGBT employees and clients.
The LGBT Community Day will take place on Saturday, August 13, 2016, from 11:00 to 17:00. Kiosks will line Sainte-Catherine Street East, between Saint-Hubert and Papineau streets. This event allows members of both the LGBT and mainstream communities to discover many exciting organizations, community groups, businesses and sports teams, run by and/or catering to the LGBT community.
This event has as a mandate to involve, educate and entertain.
